Integrity Thailand offers an anti-counterfeiting hotline via its proprietary “Canary™” whistle-blowing system. This allows the public or a selected body of professionals to report issues of counterfeiting, piracy, product tampering, copycats, and product diversion.
Online-to-Offline investigations
From online leads, our investigators locate physical seller premises through OSINT and HUMINT operations. These inquiries will then allow our team to conduct deeper counterfeit investigations.
Counterfeit Investigations
Our investigators conduct investigations to understand the supply chain and to identify wholesalers, importers, and manufacturers. These investigations are conducted through desktop searches, background checks, intelligence gathering, discreet approaches, and surveillance. These inquiries can also be conducted to understand the source of parallel import or parallel export products.
Based on clients’ requirements, Integrity Thailand reports cases to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities — police, Food & Drug Administration (FDA), customs, or other agencies. Integrity Thailand conducts pre-enforcement and post-enforcement follow-ups.
Take Down Activities
Integrity Thailand undertakes take-down activities to ensure that online-advertised products are sold by the entitled party and do not violate any applicable laws. Integrity Thailand has experience collaborating with online marketplaces, social-media platforms, and government institutions to remove websites or pages promoting products that infringe applicable laws — including intellectual-property rights.
Training
Integrity Thailand conducts product knowledge and counterfeit awareness training sessions with law enforcement agencies.
