Key Account Executive


Integrity Thailand provides services related to the prevention, detection, and investigation of fraud ( As a rapidly expanding company, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals with the proper qualifications and mindset might be interested in taking the available position of Key Account Executive. The Key Account Executive will report to the Production Manager of Employment Background Screening Division with responsibilities and requirements as follows:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the launch of new screening and responsible for an effective and comprehensive qualification processes
  • Managing relationship with existing customers to sustain long term business and ensure the needs of customers are being satisfied
  • Handling inquiries and feedback
  • Maintaining and update database of clients – client management
  • Assist the field team in reporting


Job Requirements:

  • High level of integrity
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Customer Service, Account Manager or Secretary
  • Good at administrative skill
  • Detail oriented and has experience working in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in tight deadline
